PAYMENT:
We accept payement through PayPal or Google Checkout. Payment due upon placing order. International orders other than Canada will be invoiced through PayPal for the additional shipping fees required.
PRIVACY:
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All information collected from you is for the purpose of processing your order and will never be shared with others.
SHIPPING:
So that our candle products do not sit in an un-airconditioned Post Office warehouse over any weekend, we always ship at the beginning of the week. Most orders are shipped USPS Priority so you should receive your order within 7 days from purchase. If you need it sooner, please contact us.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
We offer combined shipping if more than one item is purchased. When you purchased your products, any excess shipping fees exceeding $1 that are charged through the shopping cart will be refunded to you through PayPal or Google Checkout (whichever service you used for your purchase).
RETURNS:
We know you'll be 100% satisfied but if you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us so we can resolve any issues. If your order should arrive damaged, please report it to your USPS carrier within 48 hours.
